FAQs
What are your delivery times?
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 3 working days of your order. With made-to-order, please check the individual product pages for dispatch estimates. If you require your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us; we make every effort to meet your requirements. Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number for the parcel.
What about orders that are a gift?
If your order is a gift and you'd like us to include a personal message in the package, please add your message in the 'Add Order Note' field within the basket.
What are your postage costs?
We charge a flat fee of €5.
What is the difference between Custom and Bespoke?
Our custom service is for people who love our existing designs but want to customise them and add personal touches. Our bespoke service is for anyone who wants to create a design that doesn't already exist – so that means designing and making something completely new.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 30 days on ready-to-buy pieces bought online as long as the piece is returned in perfect condition. Please note that any customised or bespoke orders cannot be refunded. Customer satisfaction is our priority, so if you have any issues with your customised piece, we are always happy to resolve them.
What do I need to think about before I get in touch for bespoke pieces?
Consider the piece you want to create and look at styles and stones you like. From the cut of a stone to the setting type, your preference for precious metal and how you want to wear the piece. This is a great starting point to learn what you want to achieve and start the initial ideas process. Work out your budget, as it enables us to advise you on stone choice, metal and design.
How long does it take?
It varies with each bespoke design, but we recommend 2 weeks for the entire process, from design to completion.
Can you work with my heirloom / sentimental jewellery?
Yes. Working with your sentimental pieces and re-imagining them into a modern-day heirloom is a pleasure. We can assess your jewellery and determine what we can incorporate into the new design. Please note we do not offer a soldering service.

CLASSES
We offer private classes at your home. This might be for girlie afternoons, Mothers Day present, Birthday present. Fee is €45 per person including 2 hour class and materials. Minimum of 4 people, Maximum of 8 people. What you make you get to keep. Please contact us directly to confirm dates.
